Download a printable PDF

Choose a paper format, inspect the computed tiles and download pages that retain the template's intended physical scale.

Set the paper and margins

Choose A4 or Letter and the orientation that suits the drawing. Margins, the header band and the calibration footer reduce the area available to the net. The page count is calculated from that area and the artwork, not guessed from the finished box size.

The default scale is 100%. The application must not shrink a large template silently to fit one page. If the current single-page choice cannot contain it, enable tiling or change paper settings.

Review overlap and page order

Tiled output repeats a strip of printed artwork on neighbouring sheets. The overlap must be smaller than the usable drawing window. Registration marks and page labels identify how the sheets join.

For the 308 × 228 mm tray artwork, portrait A4 with the documented margins and 10 mm overlap uses two columns and one row. Other dimensions or margins can produce a different count.

Wait for a real file

Choose Download printable PDF. While preparation is running, repeated generation is disabled and cancellation is available. If preparation fails, keep the current dimensions and retry or use SVG as an alternative.

After the file is ready, open it and print each existing page at Actual size or 100%, one page per sheet. Do not use Poster to tile an already tiled PDF again. Measure the printed ruler before cutting, and retain the page labels until the template is assembled.
