For a print that is too small or clipped, read Print at actual size and check the calibration ruler before changing box dimensions. For a missing local project, read Save and restore and look for a JSON backup.

For a rejected size or a lid that binds, read Dimensions and units and Material thickness and clearance. Keep the raw object measurements separate from your trial adjustments.

Include the structure name, units, relevant settings and the exact problem you observed. Do not send private project contents, sensitive information or unnecessary attachments. You can usually describe a geometry or printing problem without sharing the whole file.

Preserve the work you have

If saving fails, download a JSON backup before closing the browser tab. If a print or export fails, keep the dimensions and use the documented recovery path. Email cannot restore projects stored only in your browser; keep your own backups and the settings needed to reproduce a problem.
