Fix a template, save or download problem
Start with the point where the workflow stopped, and preserve your current project before trying recovery.

A dimension is rejected
Read the message beside the field. Some limits are direct numeric ranges, while others depend on a neighbour: a tab must fit its wall, an envelope pocket must overlap correctly, and an end curve must leave usable panel space.
Keep the entered value visible while correcting it. A labelled previous preview is only a reference; fix the current input before downloading a new result.
The template does not fit one page
Check paper format, orientation and margins. A larger finished object or taller walls can produce a much larger flat net. Use tiled pages or a larger sheet at 100%; do not assume Fit in the printer dialog preserves the intended box size.
If tile marks do not align, first check the printed ruler on each sheet. Re-export when the paper format changes.
A save or import fails
When browser storage is unavailable or full, keep editing only after downloading a JSON backup of important work. Retry saving when the browser permits it. A failed JSON import leaves existing projects unchanged; try another supported backup rather than overwriting data manually.
A download cannot be prepared
Keep the dimensions, close the error and retry once the required local resources are available. PDF font or layout errors should be reported explicitly. SVG can be an alternative if that format is prepared successfully.
For help with the website, email support@foldparcel.site. Include the structure, units, settings and observed error so the problem can be understood. There is no message form or upload backend; keep private project contents and sensitive information out of the message.
